Momintum

Momintum is a leadership development endeavor for youth to strengthen their Islamic identity for them to be strong leaders over their personal selves, families, organizations and communities.

 

Currently, we conduct weekly leadership workshops consisting of personal development, Islamic manners and discipline, Prophetic Leadership through the Seerah & history.

 

We conduct monthly night programs, outdoor excursions every couple of months, lunches and dinners, and social adventures to promote social good with visit to hospitals and shelters.

 

Today, leadership has developed through study and synthesis of military strategies. What is so amazing about our own traditions is that the children of our sahabah and the earlier generations were being taught strategy and leadership just like they were being taught Quran through studies and reflection in seerah and battles of Rasoolullah and the rightly guided Caliphs.

The first of the great thinkers that originated the concept of “Momentum” in classical mechanics was Ibn Sina (Avincenna) during the Islamic Renaissance. This isn’t classical mechanics; “Momintum” is about inspiring, isolating and motivating principles applied by our heroes to build massive unstoppable acceleration towards your successful personal and social movements.
