Pamir Diner opened in November 2016 and is located in the heart of underrated Surrey, BC. Owners and self-made chefs Ahmad and Kasim, both originally from Afghanistan, have been serving classic Afghan dishes ever since–including the nation's renowned Kabuli rice and Seekh Kabob!
