Sambuza Village has been delivering its unique blend of Afro-Arabian cuisine to Canada’s Capital Region since 2000. Rooted in authentic East African traditions and flavours, we have perfected the art of creating the Sambuza (also know as Samosa: a savoury pastry style historically shared by Africans, Arabs, Asians and Indians). Our Sambuza are filled with beef, chicken, fish, or vegetable and are available baked or fried. We offer a variety of hearty traditional plates and platters to share, as well as more contemporary items on the menu such as the popular Sabayah wrap – the Cadillac of wraps.
