Emotional and cognitive problems are the result of unfortunate life situations leading us to develop negative thoughts and feelings. I believe everyone is unique and has the capacity to make positive changes in their life.

 

My role is to help you explore your strengths and resources with compassion and empathy so that you work towards a meaningful and purposeful life.

 

I favour Acceptance and Commitment Therapy but also work with an integrative approach using CBT, Solution-Focused and future-oriented techniques. I also integrate spirituality into my practice with the consent of the client. I believe human being has also a spiritual side. Integrating spirituality into practice helps us make meaning in adversity.
