In my practice, you can benefit from my holistic approach where I can help in exploring the spiritual connection between the mind, body, heart and soul. I have had the honour of helping a variety of individuals, couples, and families for over 12 years through my work as a Certified Life Coach, Reiki Master & Energy Healing Practitioner and Yoga Instructor.
